The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Issued and its licensors. However, you retain ownership of the data and content (e.g., logos, product details) you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Issued, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
