Connect your WordPress store

1Get Your Webhook URL

Go to your Dashboard → Integrations and copy your WooCommerce webhook URL:

https://getissued.com/api/webhook/woocommerce/sk_live_your_api_key

2Create a Webhook in WooCommerce

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin
  2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks
  3. Click "Add webhook"
  4. Name: GetIssued Certificate (or anything you like)
  5. Status: Active
  6. Topic: Order completed (or "Order processing")
  7. Delivery URL: Paste your webhook URL from step 1
  8. Click Save webhook

3Test It!

Create a test order and mark it as complete. Check your GetIssued dashboard – a new certificate should appear!

💡 Tip: WooCommerce shows webhook delivery logs. Check them if something isn't working.

What Gets Created?

  • Product Name — From the first line item
  • Brand — From product meta (if set) or "Unknown"
  • Order Number — e.g., #1234
  • Customer Email & Name — From billing info
